But have you thought of what you will do after the night of fun? I know what you’re thinking. A greasy breakfast or 3:00 AM pizza run will cure the all mighty hangover.
I hate to break it to you, but you’re better off eating the greasy cheeseburger and fries before a night of drinking. This is because the high fat content helps to slow down the absorption of alcohol.
Another tip: Water is your best friend.
Drink water. Before you head out to the bar, during your night out and before you hit the hay.
Tip: Leave a glass of water on the bedside table so you do not forget it.
